The velvety melodies performed by both Bruno Mars and Anderson .Paak will have you dancing within the first 15 seconds of each song.
Put On A Smile has a smooth and melodic intro that builds up through drums into a wonderful ballad. Mars and .Paak brought the best parts of both their sounds to this collaboration and I’m excited to see what else they release. Their voices complement each other wonderfully and are able to create songs that sound like velvet.
Leave The Door Open is amongst one of their more popular releases and will have you singing the lyrics in the second verse. Mars’ beautiful belts are followed by .Paaks verses packed with genius lyrics.
Blast Off starts off slower than the other songs on the album but quickly builds up to its rightful title. Each verse provides a listening experience similar to flying through a golden sky. Blast Off is the last song on the album and perfectly concludes An Evening With Silk Sonic.
