Girl group Twice is back with an inspiring new single “Just Be Yourself”. Part of the group’s collaboration with Japanese hair care brand Lux, this single is a love letter to fans thanking them for their support and encouraging them to be confident and love themselves.
While the lyrics are sweet and a surprise single is always appreciated, this track did not stand out as particularly unique to me. It is enjoyable, but definitely sounds like it was made for an advertisement campaign. Overall, “Just Be Yourself” is a catchy, if unmemorable, pop tune. However, I’ll continue to look forward to Twice’s future work!
