Bunny- Matthew Dear

Album: Bunny

Artist: Matthew Dear

Genre: #Alternative

Sub-Genres: #Electronicrock #pop

Label: Ghostly International

Non-Airable Tracks: None

There is so much variety on this album–my favorite part is the different sounding vocals. There is a range of funky electro-pop vocals with grungy deep vocals. There is also an incorporation of an acapella style background track that accompanies some of the tracks making it really interesting to listen to. The music is well mixed with a lot of RPM influence, but still has a balance of traditional percussion and string instruments contrasted by the mixed vocals.

Sounds Like: Caribou, X Ambassadors

Recommended Tracks:

  1. Track 3-Can You Rush Them: an alt-rock song turned into an acapella-remix

  2. Track 11- Electricity: Old school jazzy electro-pop
